Group Therapy

Group psychotherapy will involve exploring feelings, perceptions, and beliefs about oneself and others, understanding how and why self-defeating patterns of living have developed, and discovering how to go about modifying them. I am committed to helping you discover and speak the truth of your experience, including those parts of you that may have been left unspoken and unloved. The length of time in group therapy varies with each person. I recommend an initial 6-month commitment to get a good feel for the process. For group therapy to be most effective, it is important to make a commitment of time and energy, and to take an active part in the process.
